FamilyCar.com.au is the first Australian car website for families and was founded and created by Melissa Pye. Melissa has been working in the car industry since the early '90s and has 2 children of her own. This places her in a great position to be able to help other families find their family car as well as provide advice on car safety and travelling with kids.
Melissa is pioneering the way women are valued in the automotive industry and works with leading auto brands to educate them on the needs of women.
Melissa is highly sought after for public speaking engagements including the Australian Automotive Dealers Association (AADA) convention in September 2006 and Goodyear Autocare National Convention in February 2007. Melissa also writes for high profile publications including Latte magazine. sheaid.com.au,mumzone.com.au, and the Cumberland Newspaper Group. Melissa has also appeared on the Today Show and Mornings with Kerri-Ann.
